Lineman – Valdosta

Colquitt EMC seeks qualified applicants for a Lineman position in Valdosta. High school diploma or GED required. Five years’ experience in line work and two years’ experience in energized conductor work required. Must pass Lineman performance/skills testing. Must have and maintain a valid Georgia Commercial Driver’s License. Test will be administered. Apply at any Colquitt EMC office January 15-29.

Mechanic – Valdosta

Colquitt EMC desires a mechanic with five years of experience in vehicle repair work. The position is in Valdosta. Must have a thorough knowledge of internal combustion engines and all associated vehicle components. Must be familiar with all testing equipment used in vehicle repairs. A test will be administered. Groundman – Valdosta

Colquitt EMC desires a Groundman for a power line crew in the Valdosta area. A high school diploma or GED is required. Must have some knowledge and experience in construction work. Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Georgia Commercial Driver’s License. A test will be administered. Apply at any Colquitt EMC office January 15 – January 29.
